ALL late season NUC orders require customer to call Bill's Bees and schedule a date, time, and location for pick up (818) 312-1691  

RESTOCKING CHARGE: There is a $50 restocking fee for packages, nucs, complete hives, and queens not picked up or cancelled orders. Please call or email Bill with your order number if you need to cancel. Orders that have not been picked up, cancelled nor otherwise communicated intent within 24hrs of pick up date will be considered a "no show" and automatically cancels the order which is no longer eligible for refund.
