Farmers Market Pickup & Pre-Orders

Bill's Bees offers pickups and pre-orders at our participating local farmers markets. You can place a pickup or pre-order through our website, by calling or texting us at (818) 312-1691, or via email (info@billsbees.com). 

Follow the simple steps below to place your order and pick it up at your desired location. Please read our pickup policy prior to placing an order. 

Placing Pickup Order via Website:

Instructions:

1. When you are In Checkout scroll down to the shipping address and enter the following:

  • Address Field 1 : Enter the name of the Farmers Market Location (MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE ONE OF OUR FARMERS MARKETS LOCATIONS AND DATE LOCATED ON OUR LOCATIONS PAGE)
  • Address Field 2: Enter the date of desired pick up
  • City/Zip: Enter city and zip code of market location
  • Cell phone number (Enter your actual number in case we need to call you)

2. At Checkout enter the DISCOUNT CODE: Farmers Market Pickup. Once the discount code is applied, your order will no longer be shipped but will be ready for pickup at your selected farmers market. 

3.  Please place your order 48 hours in advance of pickup

Placing Pickup Order via Phone (Call or Text)

If you are placing an order by calling or texting us, let us know your first and last name, phone number, the products you would like to order, the farmers market pickup location, and estimate time of arrival.

Placing Pickup Order via Email

If you are placing an order via email, your email should include your first and last name, the products you would like to order, the farmers market pick up location, and estimate time of arrival. Please ensure that you receive an order confirmation confirming your pickup order.

Bill's Bees Pickup Order Policy

Payment methods include cash, card, or wireless pay only.

Pickup Window: Please arrive during the selected farmers market operating times to ensure timely service. 

Late Pickup: Orders left uncollected at the end of farmers market may be canceled or considered for restocking, so please be on time.
