Bees in Nucs: Our 5 frame NUC includes a proven and laying VSH-Italian marked queen with known gentle genetics. The 5 frames are deep Langstroth style frames full with a combination of brood, honey and pollen. These Italian honey bees have known gentle genetics and are ideal for Backyard Beekeeping in Los Angeles.

Pick Up Details:
Call to schedule a pickup date and location. 

ALL NUC orders placed after the pre-order period REQUIRES customer to call Bill's Bees to schedule a personal date, time, and location for pick up (818) 312-1691  

RESTOCKING CHARGE: On all orders that are cancelled there is a $50 restocking fee per item for package bees, nucleus colonies, and complete hives. There is a $30 restocking fee per item for Queen bees. To cancel an order call or text us with your first and last name and order number to 818-312-1691

REFUND POLICY: ALL orders that have not been picked up, cancelled, or otherwise communicated intent within 24hrs of the pick up date will be considered a "no show" meaning the order is automatically cancelled and is no longer eligible for delayed pickup or for any refund, full payment is forfeited.

Contact INFO: You must provide full and accurate contact information during the order process so we can communicate with you regarding your order. As soon as an arrival date is known, we will send out an email with important pickup details. Every attempt will be made to contact you about bee distribution pickup; however, it is incumbent upon you to pickup your bees at the appointed date and time stated by Bill's Bees Inc.
